Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver. During sales period delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery

UK Next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. This is providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after.

Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.
